Business Development Manager


Sales roles are far from my normal fayre but there’s something about this opportunity that’s really piqued my interest…

With three super smart directors – with backgrounds boasting names like, Harvard, the London School of Economics and Adobe – they’ve got a totally unique set of expertise and a set of digital products that have the ability to change the game for a whole host of digital development teams.

They’ve built their business from the ground up by themselves – totally self funded and exclusively through income generated by direct enquiries. All that’s great of course but now it’s time to up the ante. And that’s where you come in…

I’ll not go into detail about the technicalities of the product range at this point but needless to say, we’re looking for someone with a keen interest in digital/web technology and experience within a B2B sales environment. You understand how to put a plan together and what it takes to get BIG deals over the line and you’ll be able to demonstrate this through your past sales figures.

Ambition is crucial too. As the first of three new hires across sales and marketing, hit the ground the running, you’ll soon find yourself a key member of the team.

I know the perception is that sales people are ultimately driven by earnings but this needs to be about more than that for you – it’s your chance to play a major part in a completely independent, fast-paced, leading-edge technology business. Your chance to have bags of influence and ultimately, to have a real stake in whatever it becomes.

Earnings aren’t bad either BTW. We’re talking £25-30k starting salary with a very real expectation that you’ll at least double that through commissions.
