Great roles in the creative, arts and cultural sectors.

Front-end developer

A new partner for me, this small creative agency have got something really special so I’m super excited about helping them build their team.

Their studio is a stone’s throw from Leeds’ central train station, in a beautifully restored, listed building – there are few better spaces for creative people to do their best work.

With 8 people in the business, they’re big enough to tackle some meaty projects but small enough to mix things up and not be shackled by process. And Working alongside their mega-talented senior developer, you’ll also get the benefit of having a set of experienced hands to guide and mentor you whilst still having a major influence (and some leadership) on projects of your own.

So what do we want from you then?

There’s plenty to get done so having some prior experience is paramount. We’re not necessarily looking for the finished article – we can all learn something of course – but I reckon at least a couple of years in a similar role will stand you in good stead.

I’m no developer so won’t go into great detail here, but you’ll definitely be expected to have a really good grounding in HTML, CSS and Javascript and you’ll be able to evidence that through sites you’ve helped build in the past.

There’s no shortage of front-end roles in Leeds at the moment but if you’re looking to join an agency on the up, with really good people at the heart of what they do, then this is one not to be missed.

Drop me a line with your CV and some links and let’s talk. I can’t wait to tell you all about them! :)
