The agency

Some design agencies come and go. They burn brightly for a while but fade shortly after. Not these guys though. They’ve been a fixture at the top of the city’s ‘best’ lists for some 30+ years, working with their clients to evolve, discover and reinvent brands through clear, effective and thought provoking communication that engages, rings true and – quite often – delights.

To get results like that, ideas and execution have to go hand in hand. There’s no polishing of turds here – it’s intelligent thinking paired with sharp delivery – across a whole range of platforms.

The role

With a team of approaching 30, this mid-weight role sits in the engine room of their brand communications team. You’ll have a good amount of influence on projects, perhaps even the opportunity to lead on a few, but you’ll have the reassuring hand of some of the most experienced and talented seniors in the city to guide you.

More than that though, evidence of how you get to the great work. I want to understand your process, how ideas form, how they’re developed and how you execute. I want to see a deep understanding of how successful brands create leverage and I want to see how you’ve helped do that through your work, ideally across multiple platforms.

A humble, down to earth attitude is really important too. You’re clearly talented and you’ll likely have 4-5 years worth of really good experience too but there are still things you can learn. (BTW – this is one hell of a place to learn those things.)
