It’s busy now, SUPER busy, so whilst there’s a supportive team around you, you’ll need to crack on from the get-go.That makes prior, relevant experience really important – ideally at least 4 years of it, specifically packaging, ideally FMCG and – for the cherry on the cake – within an agency.
