These guys are going great guns at the moment – a recent move and name change has really reinvigorated them and with 16 years behind them, an established and broad client base and approaching 40 in the team, they make for an enticing proposition for any designer.
A healthy mix of campaign driven and ideas led creative, across both digital and print means there’s loads to keep you interested but it’s their collaborative approach to tackling briefs and solving problems that makes them really special. Everyone’s on the same page, everyone can have an input and everyone’s ideas are welcome. You’ll not only buy into that ethos but you’ll be positively excited about the prospect of being part of it.
Skills wise we’re want it all – a creative and strategic brain coupled with an attention to detail and appetite for craft that’s second to none. You’ll have enough experience behind you to make you super confident about tackling any brief and you’ll still have plenty of fire in your belly itching to break out. And whilst confidence is great, we don’t want arrogance – the team is the star here, not any individual.
