Senior Interface/Front-end Developer
Now look, I’m no developer but I like to think I know a good one when I see one. What I am good at, is identifying those with a talent for leading and this is a role where that’s essential.
I don’t want to say the agency I’m working with is, ‘a big deal’, but they sort of are. Without explicitly saying who, they’re one of Leeds’ best known digital marketing agencies – highly thought of, incredibly well established and guardians of a culture few can match. I like them. A lot. And their dev department is probably the beating heart of the whole agency. This then, is an incredibly important hire for them.
The title and salary range ought to tell you that this is no entry level role, so let’s assume you’re up to the task from a technical standpoint – this role is about so much more than that anyway, so let me tell you more…
You know those people you used to really look up to? The ones that wowed you, that made you think, “one day, I really hope I’m that good.” Well, for you, today is that day, you are that person and it’s time to take the batton.
You’re still very much, a hands-on developer, at the peak of your powers technically, pushing boundaries, expanding your knowledge base at every opportunity. And what’s more, your experience now means you’re capable of, mentoring and leading those around you – inspiring them to get better every day too. You’re probably doing this job already but now’s your chance to do in on a bigger stage, with more resources and higher stakes.
I’m not sure if all that makes sense – I’m a recruiter not a developer after all (DON’T JUDGE ME!) – but the words and/or acroymns are all there so, because you what you’re doing, I’m relying on you to make sense of them!
If you can, and all the other stuff sounds exciting too, drop me a line or give me a call and I’ll tell you more about this amazing place! I can’t wait to tell you more!
